key responsibilities:
Manage multiple brand accounts in 3 states with room to scale
Plan and create content aligned with brand and campaign strategies
Lead with collaboration-heavy posts and influencer partnerships
Conduct competitor and trend research specific to the cannabis industry
Batch content creation
Schedule posts 3x/week across various platforms
Maintain a content calendar at least one month in advance
Engage daily with followers: like, comment, respond, and build relationships
Stay informed and compliant with cannabis advertising restrictions
Track performance metrics and support content growth goals
Influencer outreach communication
Work closely with the Creative Director and Director of Operations
requirements:
Based in or near Tacoma, WA (hybrid in-office role)
3-5 years of experience in social media content creation and scheduling
iPhone video content capture + editing trends with CapCut or IG Edits Required
Photography Skills a Plus
Reliable Transportation and Willingness to Travel
Must pass background check
Understanding of cannabis industry regulations and platform guidelines
Organized, proactive, and community-minded
